I’ve been using Ageless RX for a few months now, the refill process has been easy so far. I usually trust my gut with these kinds of services, and this one has felt straightforward enough that I haven’t had to overthink it.
They send reminders before I’m about to run out, and I can confirm the refill without needing to call anyone, which I really appreciate. Shipping has been on time for me overall, though maybe once it felt a little slower than expected, but it wasn’t a big deal.
I’m giving 4 stars because the site could be a little clearer in a few places, but overall the refills are convenient and low stress. It’s been one of those things that just works in the background, which is exactly what I was hoping for

"Good follow-up, still a little unsure"
I’d probably give it 4 stars. agelessrx did a good job following up after my order and checked in once I got started, which I appreciated. They answered my questions and were easy to deal with, though one reply took longer than I expected. I’m still not 100% sure how I feel about the overall quality yet, since it’s a bit early for me, but the support side felt attentive and helpful.
"Prescription approval took longer than I expected"
I signed up assuming the prescription approval would move along quickly, but it ended up taking a lot longer than I hoped. There weren’t many updates, so I kept checking to see if anything had changed and still didn’t really know what was going on. I guess it might be fine for some people, and it did eventually get sorted, but the waiting was frustrating for me...

"I didn’t feel reassured when I had side effects"
I started having some bad side effects and really needed someone to walk me through what was normal and what wasn’t. Getting help took a long time, and when I finally did hear back, it mostly felt like I was just being told to wait it out. I was looking for more reassurance and clear guidance, especially since I was feeling nervous about what was happening. In the end, I stopped because I didn’t feel safe or confident with the advice I was given.

"Confusing dosage guidance and not much help"
I ordered from AgelessRx, and the dosage instructions left me unsure. They felt way too general, and I wasn’t not confused about what I was supposed to take or when I should change anything.
I reached out for help, but the reply still felt kind of copy-and-paste. For something health related, I expected more clear guidance, and I couldn’t not feel uncomfortable using it in the end.

"Didn’t notice any difference"
I took the meds exactly the way they told me to, but i didn’t feel any different at all. Disappointing overall. I also couldn’t shake the feeling that there might be extra costs or fees somewhere in the process that weren’t made super clear upfront, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

I really liked that agelessrx wasn’t just hand me some one-size-fits-all plan. The intake asked a good amount of questions, and then my treatment got adjusted based on what I said I was needing. It did took a little while to hear back, but overall it felt personal and was easy to follow

I ended up getting charged more than I thought I would, and I’m still not totally sure where the mix-up came from. Support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but it took longer than I expected to sort out. The whole billing process just felt a bit messy to me
"Communication could’ve been a lot better"
The communication from the provider was disappointing. I’d send a message and not hear back for days, and when I finally did get a response, it felt rushed and not very helpful. Come on now, if someone’s reaching out with questions, they should at least feel like they’re being heard.

"Not really worth the monthly cost"
I used Ageless RX for a few months, and it was just kind of okay. The service itself worked fine, and refills/messages were handled decently, but I kept feeling like I was paying a lot and not really getting much in return. When I had questions, it didn’t feel like anyone was really listening or trying to understand my concerns, which made the whole thing feel a bit dismissive. For the monthly price, I expected a more personalized experience. I just don’t think the value is there.

My order got to me in about a week, which worked out fine. I only really paid attention to the tracking once it started moving, but the updates seemed decent enough. Would’ve been nice if it shipped out a little sooner, though.

"Canceling was way easier than I thought"
I ended up canceling my agelessrx plan just because I needed to cut back on spending for a bit, not because I had some big issue with them or anything. I assumed canceling would turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth things, so I was kind of already irritated before it even happened.
But support got back to me quickly and just handled it without trying to talk me into staying, which I appreciated. Weirdly that makes me more likely to come back later, even though I canceled, if that makes sense.

"The education pages kind of lost me"
The info pages seemed helpful at first, but the more I clicked around, the more confused I got. I was really looking for basic stuff like risks and what questions I should be asking, and it felt like they kind of skimmed past that. Compared to some other sites I’ve used, I guess it’s... I don’t know, just not as straightforward. I shouldn’t have to dig that much for simple answers

Every time after I pay, I get a little skeptical and start wondering if everything is actually going to move like it should, but so far it always has. Tracking has worked fine, packages have shown up on time, and I haven’t had any real issues. At the end of the day, that’s mostly what I care about.
